Description

MIPFly One is a flight instrument born from the combined love of flight and electronics. It was designed with openness and expandability in mind. One instrument for a large range of pilots.

The 4.4″ screen readability of the device is incredible. No expense was spared here. No compromise. You can keep the instrument with the sun directly reflecting into your eyes and still be able to read from it. The refresh rate of the screen is fantastic at 20 fps together with a wide range of working temperatures.

The sensor system on the device consists of two separate modules. The GPS module and Pressure module. The GPS system is made up of a high precision Ublox M8N receiver commonly used on drones. The real-time pressure sensor fusion system is responsible for vertical speed measurement.

Bluetooth connectivity allows you to pair your phone with the device enabling the easy upload of igc files to the web or download of airspace files etc. No more looking for cables! Buttons on the unit enable easy in-flight operation even with gloves. The device can also act as a charger even when the variometer is turned off.
