We use the following services to operate this website and respond to enquiries. Each is bound by its own data processing terms:

• Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery for contact form responses. Data is processed in the EU.
• Vercel— website hosting and edge delivery. Standard server logs are retained per Vercel's data retention policy.

Enquiry and correspondence data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the training relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter (typically no longer than three years after last contact). Training records required by the SACAA are retained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
